RESULTO CONSULTORIA‘s Quality Policy has been defined taking into account the objectives of the company itself and the needs and expectations of customers.
The RESULTO CONSULTORÍA Management discloses the Quality Policy, ensuring that it is understood, implemented and kept up to date at all levels of the organization. To do this, it will use the following means of dissemination:
- Dissemination in the company itself.
- Quality system review meetings.
- Making the Quality Manual available to suppliers and customers.
In order to comply with this Quality Policy, RESULTO CONSULTORÍA‘s Management documents its objectives and maintains records of the degree to which they have been achieved.
The Management, when deemed appropriate, will update the Quality Policy to ensure that it is consistent with the objectives of the organization and the Quality Management System itself. It will be reviewed annually along with the review of the Quality Management System.
